In a totally out of character move, we purchased our new home prior to the selling of our existing one & as a consequence were a bundle of nerves.
It was a very stressful time for us but you skilfully guided us through the process, always positive and encouraging, even sharing a few sleepless nights with us. 
Our anxiety proved to be unfounded as you successfully negotiated and secured the sale of our home in the days prior to auction.
