I asked Alex to sell our house in Maroubra at the end of 2012. I chose him over two other agents on the basis of his proposal.

His proposal was spot on- what he said he would do he did and more.

Within 3 days of having the property listed, Alex for us a buyer for the right price, which was the price he quoted us. We sold the property in three days!!

We incurred no advertising expenses and did not have to go through the process of inspections of our house which would have been a major inconvenience with two small children.

But he did not stop there after the exchange. He helped us with the process to finalization after exchange with the final inspections, and any minor issues that arose along the way.

Alex was the perfect agent- professional, courteous and respectful of the fact that we were selling our family home.

I thoroughly recommend him- don’t use anybody else to sell your home.

He is simply the best there is.
